What is Càritas and the "Companies with heart " programme?
Càritas Diocesana de Barcelona is an organisation devoted to welcoming and supporting people facing hardship and social exclusion. Its " Companies with heart " programme was created out of the need to build partnerships with the business community in order to create a fairer society.
This is not simply a financial donation; it is a commitment based on shared values such as solidarity, transparency and social responsibility. Càritas works in critical areas such as decent housing, employment training (through projects such as “Feina amb cor”) and support for families at risk, ensuring that every contribution becomes a real opportunity for change.
How does RAFESA collaborate?
At Rafesa, we understand that our responsibility as a premium packaging company goes beyond the product; it must also reach the people who are part of our community.

- Support for employability: we help promote and support programmes that enable long-term unemployed people to re-enter the job market.
