Rafesa’s team is one of its mainstays. Thanks to our team, this year we celebrated our 35th anniversary in the perfume, cosmetic and pharmacy packaging industry. What is more, this year (2017), two of our employees, who are now part of the Rafesa family, also celebrated their company “birthday”. Eduardo Barrios and Jonathan Rodríguez, who have been with us since 1997 and 2007, respectively.
Eduardo Barrios joined us 20 years ago at Rafesa’s warehouse. At that time we were still operating in Calle San Ramón in Badalona. In 2003, after 6 years with the company, he started to alternate working in the warehouse in the mornings with visits to chemists in the afternoon, combining these two highly different profiles at our company for four months, after which he decided to concentrate on sales. Now, after 20 years with us, Eduardo is working in the sales department.
Jonathan Rodríguez, currently the logistics coordinator, joined us in 2007 at Rafesa’s warehouse, where he received and dispatched the different perfume container and accessory orders. Jonathan’s perseverance, engagement and experience were instrumental in leading the management to appoint him warehouse coordinator.
